Should I use BCV Plumbing?

BCV Plumbing is a Gold Coast local family owned and run company that wants to provide you with the best experience, the best service and the best outcome all while making the world a better place.

How soon can you get here?

This will depend on the day and the service required. Contact us via phone or hit the red Emergency Button Above

At this point in time we are unable to provide 24/7 emergency response but we are working on this as a priority. 

We are able to talk you through the steps required to make safe some situations, and aim to provide emergency assistance within 2 hours of your call. If we are unable to provide that we will let you know immediately and provide you with contact details for a trusted partner that specialises in solving your problem.

How long will it take?

We will conduct an initial diagnosis of your problem usually within 15 minutes of arriving on site and then provide you with fixed price options to allow you to choose the outcome that best suits you and will be able to give you an estimation of the time it will take to complete each.

What guarantees are there?

All our services are backed with our Cleaner Than We Found It guarantee as well as the industry standard 1 year workmanship warranty, plus all parts used carry their own manufacturers warranty which varies. We always recommend Australian made products with good warranty where possible.


Will I receive a report?

All jobs completed will have a report with photographs and a description of the work conducted included with the invoice as well as any notes and Compliance Notices relevant to the job for your peace of mind.

What will my service cost?

We charge a diagnostic fee that varies depending on the urgency of the work and the day and time it is required. This is to ensure we can arrive on site at the right time and provide you with the best outcome possible. We will inform you of what this fee will be during the booking process. This fee covers the admin of booking the job in, travel time for the technician, initial diagnosis of your issue once on site, after hours pay if applicable and if the job is urgent rescheduling of other jobs to fit you in. We will collect credit card info during booking and this fee will be charged upon booking confirmation. 

After the initial diagnosis your technician will provide you with the best options available for your situation so you may choose what suits you best. These options are all Fixed Price and will not change during the period noted on the quote.

How do I pay?

Payment must be collected upon completion of work before the technician leaves. We have many secure payment options available, PayPal, Credit Card through Stripe Online Payments, EFT with Osko to allow instant transfers and finance options for certain jobs through Brighte.
